The calculator collects nothing

The HECM for Purchase down payment calculator runs entirely in your browser. The age, purchase price and rate you enter are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

Information you choose to send

If you use the "Get In Touch" form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number and preferred time to call. If you arrived through a link from a partner loan originator or real estate agent, the form also records that partner's name.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and discuss HECM for Purchase options with you.
• If you arrived through a partner's link, to pass your request to that partner so they can follow up with you.
• To keep records required of licensed mortgage professionals.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Service providers

This site is hosted by Netlify, which also processes contact form submissions. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, subject to record-keeping obligations that apply to mortgage transactions. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
